CANCELLATIONs

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. A confirmation text/email will be sent out 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Canceled appointments within 24 hours of session will result in 50% fee of scheduled session rate unless you are sick.

no show policy

Clients that fail to show up to appointment without cancelling are responsible for full payment of scheduled session.

tipping

My rates include gratuity, no need to tip.

conduct

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of the massage therapist in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session and the client will not be allowed to return for further massages. The full fee will be expected.

covid

Masks are not required at this time but this is subject to change based on circumstances. Clients may request that masks are worn during session and I will provide masks if needed.

I use natural spray cleaner along with odorless disinfectant spray in between every client, and sanitize all high traffic areas.
